Not all extraction is equal — pulling water off a surface and actually removing it from carpet pad, subfloor, and wall cavities are different jobs entirely. Our Water Extraction crews do the second one.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter against a dry baseline, not by how the surface looks or feels, since a floor can appear dry while the material underneath stays saturated.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a water extraction call.
Truck-mount capacity handles larger losses without slowing down partway through.
A job isn't finished until moisture readings confirm it, not a visual pass-through.
Less drive time means extraction starts sooner, which matters most in the first hours.
You know the number before extraction starts, based on what we actually find.
Every part of water extraction work below carries the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
We clear the obvious water fast, then go after what's still trapped in materials.
We adjust technique for engineered versus solid hardwood, since they respond differently to moisture.
Pad gets extracted independently from the carpet surface, since it retains water far longer.
Extraction dwell time gets adjusted based on how porous the specific concrete surface is.
Furniture and upholstered items get evaluated on-site for extraction versus replacement.
A final moisture sweep confirms target levels were actually reached before we leave.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
We don't cherry-pick which water extraction jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.
"Moisture readings after the fact gave me real confidence, not just a verbal assurance."
Jasper L., Colfax"Our office flooded overnight and extraction was finished before staff walked in for the morning shift."
Rosalind P., Colfax"No hidden per-gallon charges — the quote held exactly."
Micah S., Colfax"They extracted from behind built-in cabinetry without damaging the cabinets themselves, which I honestly hadn't expected them to manage."
Fernanda Q., Colfax"Extraction under a built-in bookshelf unit was handled without us having to empty and move it ourselves first."
Zora P., ColfaxThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 54730, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Colfax address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
If you're unsure whether your address falls in our water extraction service area, just call — we'll confirm quickly rather than making you guess.
